“ Cute bakery and coffee cafe next to the superman statue! Staff were kind and the drink I got (The Kelley Green) was delicious! Stop by if you have a minute before getting back on the road! ”
“ I love this place!! The staff is so friendly and helpful!! And the treats are amazing!! Today, I had a gooey butter cake bar, a strawberry smoothie, and a strawberry gooey cake cookie. My daughter had an iced coffee with a double shot of espresso and a Superman themed cupcake. We were both very happy. We'll definitely go again tomorrow!! *** Edited to add: went back the next day and had a cinnamon roll, gooey butter cake bar and a strawberry smoothie. Also had a Lemonade Flight. Everything was amazing!! ”
“ Everything we tried, from their breakfast croissant to soup to pastries sweet and savory, even the drinks, was OBVIOUSLY made on-site and fresh that day, and they care about the food AND give a sweet heart of service to every customer I witnessed. Dined once inside and once at the outdoor area, and both were kept very well maintained and cleaned... This autistic customer also had a handful of questions that were answered without hesitation (so they know their product!). Glad that we are going to get to experience Sissy's over and over now that we know they (and their reasonable prices) are in metropolis! (and I saw with my own eyes a coming soon sign in Paducah?!?!) Highly recommend! And no, I do not work for them! ”

“ The cutest little shop in downtown Metropolis it is the best ice cream, baked goods, and lemonade I've EVER had. It's worth the 5 hour drive from where I live just for this but I'm lucky enough to come for the Superman Celebration as well. Amazing place and a must visit spot. ”
